UGLYBoNES is a 4 piece act consisting of Flip, Lev, Viaj, & Eric. They play a blistering style of hardcore punk and from what I hear, they put on a hell of a live show. With 2 EPs under their belt '180 Proof EP' - Released: April 2011 & 'Die Partying EP' - Released: November 2011.(both albums are free to download on bandcamp - just click the links) The soon to be released full length is an expansion on these two great EPs with several of the fan favorites appearing on it as well as some new tracks.
The album opens with a new track titled “Wasted” and lets you know these kids aren’t just fucking around here. If you’ve ever wondered what an “A-Game” is, this is it kids. Each song has an energy all it’s own and each in turn feeding off the previous track, gaining a momentum that ends with what is for me, at least, UGLYBoNES flagship song “180 Proof”.
I LOVE THIS ALBUM. It has genuine staying power, one that i don’t mind having on repeat and listening to back to back several times in a row. At just 19 minutes this album packs in a lot of great music into a short time and whatever the retail on this will be, it will damn sure be worth the time you spent at your day job earning cash to buy it.
