The Cock Blocks

The Cock Blocks are a punk band from Dillsburg, PA. Our music is loud and fast and our lyrics are rude! Our goal is to entertain you and make you smile. Justin Slieone wrote all songs, and adds musicians when needed. On this album he brought in Mike Collins (Boofman), The Bob from Rutabaga Suicide, and Alec a local drummer from Atlanta.

Our first album, Chokin tha Chicken was recorded and mixed at The Factory Studio in Atlanta Georgia by Joe Queer. The mastering for this album was done by Bill Henderson at Azimuth Mastering.

Punk Rock Bowling Pre-Party- Vegas

On May 25, 2012, the 2012 Punk Rock Bowling pre-party will be held at Yayo Taco, located across from UNLV at 4632 Maryland Parkway in Las Vegas. Performers will include Hit the Switch, Sic Waiting, Nothing With Numbers, Burning Agrestic, and Holding Onto Sound, who will be performing on the Punk Rock Bowling main stage on Saturday, May 26th.

The show will be a benefit for Nevada Homeless Alliance and Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth — 100% of proceeds from the sale of t-shirts (featuring the design of the poster below) will be donated to the charities. Holding Onto Sound is paying for the manufacturing of the shirts, and will not deduct any expenses from the proceeds. 

They will be on sale for $10.

The show will be all-ages and free. Doors are at 8 pm.

The new GC Records t-shirts will also be sold at the show with 100% of the proceeds going to the Nevada Homeless Alliance.

And don't forget to catch HOLDING ONTO SOUND (whose entire catalog is now streamable free at www.holdingontosound.com) on the mainstage on Saturday and TOYS THAT KILL (whose new LP Fambly is yummy for your tummy!) on mainstage on Monday!

Austin, TX - The Revival Festival, Austin's premiere rockabilly and Americana festival, is now less than a month away, with the incredible Reverend Horton Heat as the headliner for the festival’s 5th anniversary show.  The Revival Festival will take place on Saturday, May 26th in downtown Austin, Texas. 

This one, however, is for the sponsors: The cool sponsors who make The Revival Festival even possible.
